CONVENIENTLY SMALL

the rubber ring falls out all the time.

Junk with no tech support

The only directions were in pictures and were not understandable. Then you have to log on to their site to register and watch tutorials to find out how to sync with phone. Again, tutorials weren’t clear so I thought I would just call them since I wasn’t having any luck trying to get them to work. To my surprise, I found a statement that read, “we do not offer tech support for our products”. After that, threw it all in a bag and returned it to BB for refund.
