    The item that arrived was not as pictured. Without the "CD Toaster" it was impossble to use and not worth the high price for a couple of cables. I returned it.

    We were able to transfer camcorder videos into computer. But editing is very limited & that is a major disappointment. The help desk was also very inadequate. I am sorry we purchased this item

    Not great software skips the video feed then disconnects every few seconds cant even capture anything on catalina macos

    The only help comes via email, and it take over 24 hours to have them respond. I couldn’t get answers to direct questions. To make a DVD you have to buy the program called “Toast”. I had to get help from the local Apple store to find this out. The it take over 2x the time of the VCR to burn your DVD. If you have lots of time, you can do it.

    Ran for about 3 hours then the video stopped working. Tried multiple sources, multiple cords, tried S-Video but no more video is coming out of the device. It runs really warm and likely fried the video component inside.

    Terrible. I tried using and the mechanized system isn’t working. It did fine to play my tape but I can’t get it to eject. I have replaced battery several times and that doesn’t help. Expense but cheaply made mechanism.
