a friend of mine had one of these and i borrowed it . After i bought one , I was so impressed with it i had to have one for my self.

This carpet cleaner is almost professional grade deep cleaner. I have 5 dogs and 3 teenage boys and my carpets almost look as good as the day I moved in!!

Does a great job deep cleaning. The only downside is that the water container is small, so you have to keep emptying and refilling.

Excellent machine. Definitively the way to go. It simply cleans better than any other carpet cleaning machine I have ever owned.

Also loved Rug doctor products. Unit is great for basic clean up but I still call in the pros every 6 months for a deep cleaning.

Great machine works very well as a very powerful vacuum help suck water out of the carpet for quicker drying times love everything about this unit

This carpet cleaner was a great investment. It really gets deep down in carpets. Love the fact it only take about 20-30 minutes to dry.

Made my carpets look virtually new and got them clean for my new pets. No need to rent anymore.

It does good job sucking up the water but seems like the brissel action is a little weak. The super clean function really doesn't add much. Uses a lot of water.

Got this on sale and it has worked great really powerful and seems well made thanks to the guy in store for all the help picking this out

Machine cleans well and it's easy to use with little to no set up. The only downside is the machine is bulky and somewhat hard to get into corners.

Awesome thing to have in your home! We only have a couple rooms with carpet, but this works awesome.

I bought this to clean my couch, it does a good job, but i was supprised when i saw how much i had paid for it.

I do not like having to keep the little red button on the handle depressed for the brush to spin. It takes a lot of pressure to do so with one hand and it is awkward to work with both hands all the time. Also, sometimes I just want water for rinsing. There is always soap being dispensed when the button is pressed. The clean water tank runs out way too quickly. I believe i had to refill about 8 or so times to just do my bedroom. Also, after the first filling, the clean water tank would not deplete all the way to empty. The dirty water tank is huge but the "full line" marker is less than half way; so the tank is considered full before it looks full...AND... you have to empty it before it gets to the full line or it dumps dirty water on your carpet. The super boost sprayer works well except for when the water level in the clean tank is 1/4 or less, then it doesn't at all. Had to use an additional brand of cleaning liquid to get spots out. It took me WAY to long to get that room done. Compared to my last shampooer, I prefer the initial clean on the Rug Doctor but nothing else. May return.
