Bought hoping for a professional shampooer and it does the job. Cleaned stains and left carpet almost dry.

The machine arrived assembled and wet, which means that someone else had already bought, used, and returned the device. Disappointing. But it still seems to work okay (just okay) so we decided to keep it rather than hassle with exchanges. It cleans just okay though, and tends to dump water on the rugs leaving them soaked. Definitely not a professional grade machine. Sure, the dirty water is evident but the rugs really do not appear any cleaner.

Cleans well only complaint is soap mixed with water so you have to use it up and then change to rinse with water only if you want to.

The product worked better than advertised. My carpet was dirty and it cleaned it better than the $99 I had paid to have it cleaned.

Had a guy come clean the carpets after he was done went and bought this item and it did fabulous

This rug shampooer is awesome. It's fantastic. It cleaned up after my pets and made my carpets look brand new. Definitely the best one out there.

I have light carpet throughout some of my rooms and needed something lightweight that could leave my carpet clean and fresh.

This unit is easy to use and works great. It does a fine job at cleaning our rug.

I finally used the rug doctor rug cleaner. Left it packed in the box for awhile. Thought there would be some complicated instruction for use. It is super simple and easy to use. I really like the separate compartments for clean water and the dirty water. Every other rug shampooer has had the compartments hooked together. This along with the rug doctor cleaner worked very very well.

Gets your carpets clean up plus the furniture too, alot way cheaper then having call the pros in to do it for you

This machine is great, perfect if you have large rooms. Does a great job cleaning the carpet.

All i can say is it Kicks As compared to my Bissell Pro Heat I had. I have several dogs and this machine is super powerful.

The reservoir tanks are quite small and require repetitive filling/emptying. Otherwise, it cleans pretty well and is easy to push.
