Worked as expected,Seems My Carpets took a clean bath

I absolutely love this machine. The only thing I wish it had was a bigger reservoir for both clean and dirty. This machine works so much better than my mom's Hoover or a professional. Word of advice to get a nice mostly dry soft carpet, go over each area 2-3 times with out using spray. This machine will suck up most of the water.

Cleaned up some persistent, but minor stains on carpet- no luck on the rug. Small and have to refill often. One living room and hallway required about 5 refills. No active heating. Overall, it did the job, but I'd be happier with a 200 price point

I don’t wear shoes in my home, nor allow guests to wear their shoes either in all but the rarest of occasions. I do have a dog, but her paws are always cleaned as necessary. After using this cleaner, I couldn’t believe how much dirt was pulled from even my newest of carpets. I’ll never go without one of these again.

Wife loves her new Rug Doctor. She was used to the cheap made Walmart shampooed. They just don't stack up against this. Haven't had it long, but it seems of good quality. No assembly required was awesome. Thanks Best Buy.

the tanks are very large able to clean a whole room without have to stop and empty out the tank. The upholstery attachment work amazingly well on my furniture. I am very happy with this product. Will be telling all of my friends and family that are looking are a good carpet cleaner to get this Rug Doctor

Our previous Bissel failed a second time and we got this one as a replacement. I'm happy with it's build quality so far and it does a good job of cleaning our carpets. The upholstery attachment is very useful as well and has a good length of hose to even work on stairs. I hope I'm happy two years from now as I am now.

Worth the money and so happy with our clean carpets

Purchased the Rug Doctor and everybody should own one. It takes every stain out of your carpets or upholstery. Even year old stains lifted right up. Go slow over your stains and they are gone the first use. Amazing Rug Doctor to own. Never rent one unless you can't afford to purchase one.

Cleans well and easy to use. Set up was easy also.
