This cleaner does an amazing job. I would say just as good as having someone come in and clean your carpets. Don't hesitate with this item. It is top of the line.

The only thing I don't like about the cleaner is that you have to pull the machine backwards to clean. My previous machine cleaned as you pushed or pulled. Other then that, I think it's a very good machine.

I returned a Hoover steam cleaner after using it here times I saw it was cracked. This is what I replaced it with and couldn't be happier. No assembly required and durable like the ones you rent in stores.

I was expecting professional results but it did a nice job and removed the excess water pretty well. Will try heavy traffic area again maybe better results.

The Rug Doctor works great cleaning carpets. We cleaned whole house in one day and it did great job. We had issues with upholstery and step wand. It leaked out the bottom of machine a few times.

Purchased based on online reviews. Ease of filling and emptying the tanks is great. Cleans well. Is a little on the heavy side but still easy to use.

The water tank is way to small. Works ok. But you will be filling the water tank about every 100 square foot.

This thing is a work horse. Does our whole house with ease and its only a small beast so its easy to maneuver and use

Great cleaner for the price, only downfall is we wish the stair cleaner hose was a bit longer so we weren't having to move the cleaner every so many steps. Carpets look new again!

This is the best cleaner we have used. It is more like a commercial unit than an overhyped Hoover or Bissell. It is fairly heavy but still easy to use.

I purchased this after reading reviews. Definitely cleans better than expected as well as sucks up a majority of the water from the carpet. So glad I purchased this item

We have purchased the other brands before because they were a little cheaper. This one is definitely worth the extra money. It is a better built machine.

Good machine for light home works, The clean water tank is not big enough to clean a small room carpet from the 1st filling.

works good, cleans deep, doesn't quite get to the edge of the room and you have to empty/refill the water often. over all good scrubber

It is a really good machine. Just taking your time with it, it really works great and cheaper having your own verses renting one when it comes to having a tight budget.

I definitely would recommend this carpet cleaner to everyone. It gets stains out. It’s like having a professional carpet cleaner in your own home.
