Nice compact design, works as well as the bigger version. Would be nice if it had a similar filter to catch things like hair.

Works awesome for cleaning high traffic areas. Added upholstery attachment is great for furniture or cleaning out your vehicle.

I am writing this review after like 3 years of purchasing this product. I was happy with it and I used it like 10 times to wash the home carpet during that period, then It starts leaking and the hand vacuum stopped flashing the clean water. so I returned it under the protection plan.

This product did a very good job at cleaning and extracting dirt from the rug. Much better than any other store bought rug cleaner

This thing works great. Cleans evrything, even a heavily soiled carpet! Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Good product, We chose a lower capacity rug cleaner and that requires us to cghange the water more regularly. Otherwise I liked my purchase

A little clunky to mive around i wish it held more water so you donr have to stop and refill so often

Worked well. Wish the soap tank was bigger. That might be by design do you keep filling with hot water

This product met my expectations. I would recommend it to a friend. It got some really tough stains out very easily.

If you have pets make sure to take time to clean out the pet hair and vacuum very throughly prior to use

I also used this on my tile floor. It worked just as well on tile as it did on carpet. It does an excellent job.

We are using it mainly for cleaning furniture upholstery and it has met our expectations.

This is a poorly designed machine overall. It does have two separate tanks, but for being so large of a, machine the tanks are quite small. In addition, the upholstery attachment is such a hassle to attach. The suction is poor enough that I always have to push down the front of the machine a couple times over my first passes, otherwise it stays wet for hours and hours, into the next day. Emptying the dirty tank could be worse but it's certainly not the best design I've used. The cord placement is in a poor location so your always running over it or trying not to. I've used much better hoovers and wish I had returned this. It does clean okay, but it takes a lot to get there.

Gave this as a present to my wife and she loves it. Loves not having to rent one anymore
