Highly recommend. Very easy to use and cleans very well.

I like how it removes wetness from rugs after shampooing.

This does all the jobs. Whole rooms or dog mishaps.

I needed a shampooer so I thought rug doctor brand would be a great one. The first one I had to return because it wouldn’t spray water or soap at all. The second one works Better but I have to press down on the soap container for it to spray soap out.

Worked better than I thought. Didn't leave carpet soaked.

It works but it is too bulky and you have to change water tanks very often just for 1 room!!! Go with the hoover smartwash deep cleaner instead trust me!!!

Product has name identity which I banked on when purchasing. It also had great reviews and the salesperson gave me his positive personal testimony as well. I did not find that it cleaned well. It was heavy and awkward to manage.

The rug doctor was ok but only used it six times an had problems with the brushes rotating an the switch that controlled it. Glad i bought the warranty with it.

While I like this product, it doesn't deep clean like it says. I find myself having to clean the high traffic areas of my carpet every week to keep it looking clean.

I bought this machine, after I bought 2 hoovers, I hated both of them. The first one the handle broke and I couldn't reorder it. Then the 2nd hoover, left the carpet soaked, But the Rug Doctor does a great job! We used it at home, wonderful job, used it on a little house I was flipping the carpet was so bad! I went over the carpets 3 times, then a couple days later I did it again, and finally got them clean, these carpets where so dirty! I love you can actually see the carpet lift up with the suction, you can feel the brushes shake the floor with the pressure of the rollers. Only draw back is the dirty water take does drip dirty water on the way to the sink, but if you keep a towel handy, there is no problem. Again love this product!

Worked great until the beater bar quit working, then was on par with other shampooers. otherwise I think it could be a grate machine

The first one i bought was ok the first two times I used it then I noticed it stopped picking up the used water I exchanged it for a new one I used it about 3 times it was ok I had cheaper and better models I went to use it a day ago the switch to activate the cleaning cycle and the adjustable handle getting stuck

Product didn’t perform well at all. Left dirt on carpet. Didn’t last a day and take up container broke.

Not to happy with our rug doctor, it isn't as good as our old one that we had.

The product was too heavy for me to handle with back problems.

I have now had 2, and about at 1 year the scrubbing motor stops working. Does great job until then, except that it is not designed to be cleaned, hard to clean the brush or shroud around the brushes. Also tank captures a lot of hair and starts to stink.

I just don't like that it won't scrub the carpet back-and-forth

Yes, the carpet cleaner cleaned my carpet but the problem with this machine is the parts used to make it are cheap. The water tank is made from a thin plastic material and after you use it few times you will have problems removing the cap from the tank. You cannot force it otherwise you will break the water tank. Useful design but poor execution.

The suction is good however it is very hard to move around and leaves you with a sore back afterwards.
