I BOUGHT THE RUG DOCTOR SO I COULD CLEAN MY OWN CARPETS AND AFTER USING IT TWICE I FELT LIKE MY CARPETS SMELLED WORSE.

It’s very weak carpet cleaner. I had to send it back. Definitely find something stronger.

The rug doctor cleans pretty good but only thing it don't clean or pick unless you pulling it backwards

I never had a problem with Best Buy, but my carpet cleaner arrived used. Water all over the machine. I don’t know what to think. I think I’m gonna have to visit a store. It’s a hassle that’s why I ordered online. Was I not ready for this.

Has to trade in my old rug dictir for this new one. Old one was great but, this one sucks! They made the wheels smaller and it’s very hard to push over carpet.

We use our carpet cleaner regularly and love how well it keeps our carpets looking brand new! Easy to use and clean.

I got this home and easily set it up. However, when I went to use it no water came out. This seems to be a known problem with these machines.

This looks aggressive but lacks power and only works in one direction. We’ve had better luck with cheaper products

After tons of research both online and looking in stores at different models this machine beats them all without a doubt! The quality of the machine is obvious with everything from the power cord to the quality of plastic used. The best part is that unlike most other carpet cleaners this one actually cleans AND has amazing suction. Like anything there are things that could be improved on, but the good far outweighs the bad. Cons: small water tank capacity means frequent trips to the sink to refill, no option to turn on just the brush without spraying water so you can’t really deep scrub an area without having to consistently spray water on the spot too, there’s no built in water heater. Pros: cleans amazingly well, my carpets look like new again! Strong suction means less dry time and cleaner carpets, easy to clean, ready to use out of the box - no assembly needed. Trust me people! I have 4 dogs, this thing is great. As long as it holds up I am extremely happy with this carpet cleaner and would never go back to Bissell or Hoover.

This worked great until we broke the front by bumping into a wall. There was a small crack that then would not allow the unit to function properly. Best Buy was helpful and allowed us to swap with a new one since it was still covered. Best Buy is awesome at covering warrantied items...

Does a great job of quick shampooing and is very user friendly. However it is difficult to clean the machine itself.

Purchased this after MANY other brands and types of cleaners 1.5 years ago. The hose will not stay on the machine so we have to store it and bring it up when we need to use it. We find after we shut the machine off that there is a puddle of dirty water under the machine. Then the clean water tank broke so we had to purchase a replacement part. I was using this two weeks ago and the machine quit spraying water. So I find myself NOW in the market for a new machine. It seemed to clean, but does not last especially for the money. It is difficult to push in my opinion as well. I was frustrated with this machine with the muddy puddle of water right out of the box. Maybe my new machine was just defective.

I've been renting home depot's machine for years trying to clean rental properties carpet's. This machine I bought works ten times better and is alot easier to use and half the weight. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet as it was heavily soiled due to pets. This carpet looks brand new again.

This machine is amazing! We have 3 cats and this machine got every stain out. Easy to use, fill and clean, and not too heavy. So glad we picked this machine. Great buy for the price!!!

I have owned two Bissel cleaners that broke. This one leaves the carpet much drier. Tank is small but not a problem for me. Just have a towel when you dump the dirty water to catch drips. Price matching made this another great Best Buy purchase.

I love it! I have 2 dogs that sometimes have accidents...works wonderful!

Comes completely assembled and is easy to use. It cleans the carpet and upolstry very nice.
