Used a few times, then sprays no longer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked well 4 or 5 times over 2 years. Then after 1 year idling, I took it out to clean my carpets. To my surprise, it no longer sprays the water solution, not through the bottom of the machine nor through the hand held tool. They should call this a disposable cleaner. I suppose I can still use it as a dry vacuum. Easy to pull.

Attatchment dumps water onto the floor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The shampooer worked great cleaning carpets but when I switched to the attachment, the shampooer dumped water out the bottom instead of spraying out the attachment. I did some research and this is a common problem. There is a pressure hose connection that does not go in far enough on some of the units. I returned the shampooer to Best Buy

RUINED my persian rug

Not on home page. not on product page. not under product description. not under FAQs. the agent i contacted said it's mentioned under quick start, but i cannot find quick start on any page. next time i'll use BISSELL.
