    The product is great no complaints. My buying experience however from start to finish was terrible. No one from Best Buy even offered a "we're sorry" for the trouble.

    Beware. The Tello app does not work on Android 12. Ryze Tech indicates the version applicable for Android 12 won't be released until Mar 2022. Was able to find another app and as a demo it allowed me to fly the drone. The drone itself is great, but maybe wait til Ryze fixes the app issue in Mar 2022.
