Ok for learning

It only flew a few times before it broke, on top of that you have to go to a shady website to download the app you need to fly it.

Instructions were very easy to follow. Having lots of fun flying over the river and hills. I will be getting a larger one in the future.

To hard for younger kids

Probably won't work with your device

What I discovered, instead, was that it only works with a fairly small number of devices. My Android phone is not supported, and neither were the two older Android phones I have. It only works primarily with Chinese Android devices and Apple devices. There was no information about this on the box, so now I'm on my way back to Best Buy to return it. Check compatible devices on the Tello website before purchasing.

Android App Doesn't Work

Unfortunately, it cannot function without an app that we couldn't get to work after trying for two days. Used my wife's Samsung S10 to no avail (not latest tech since 18 months old). Best Buy wouldn't stand behind the product they sell, charging a 15% "restocking" fee of $22.50. Buyer beware!

No go Drone

It would take off and then just hover. None of the controls worked. I had to literally smack it to the ground to turn the stupid thing off. Me and my son was excited to capture some photos and videos but we will have to explore a different model.

Very disappointed

Bought it for Father's Day for my husband first time trying it and it overheated. I have been busy working so haven't had a chance to return it till today and guess what can't return it only had 2 weeks to return. Very disappointed in Best Buy. I won't be purchasing anything from Best Buy any time soon.
