This is the easiest, stable, indoor drone on the market period. It also has a decent camera at 720p. Be sure to get the fly more package. Well worth it. This drone will take a beating and keep on flying! DJI makes the best drones!

I love this drone and agree with everything the other reviewers have to say about it. Too bad their app costs it a star. Ryze only supports a limited number of Androids that does not include my almost new LG X charge. The result is I have to restart my phone every time I want to use the app. Fortunately there's an after market app called aTelloPilot that works just as well.

This drone will just ruin any excitement you or your child may have about flying this new "toy". The manufacturer doesn't seem to fix the common issues reviewers have mentioned for the past few years since it's release. ISSUE#1: wifi connection will not maintain and/or connect through the applications that control and update the drone; well the applications are everything to be honest. AS Far AS controlling, updating, or connection goes it the applicarion or nothing. ISSUE#2: continuing from above, not mentioning that there are 3+ different applications to control the drone, of the many apps all are the one and only way to communicate with the drone. You have no way to connect through cabling just wifi and Bluetooth**. None of the applications based on trial and error, hours of troubleshooting, and reviews upon reviews, are working with any operating systems for phones made after 2020 or pre 5G. **Bluetooth only works with literally 1 controller just FYI. ISSUE#3: no prompting inside the applications for help/support to fix any above issues. You would like to believe a DBA owned by DJI would be way farther along with tech support, firmware and hardware support, etc. I expected to be getting a product that would be as exciting as the products available from DJI, a product that would prepare and build excitement for my children to enjoy a future working with drone like their father. ( Commercial Drone pilot) the let down of someone like myself spending 4 hours setting up a $150 drone ending up with disappointment won't be forgotten with this product and I would recommend others to research and try elsewhere if you'd like to have a product up and running for family and children. It was a decent drone until it completely died 6 months later (used around 10 times over the 6 months). The drone just stopped responding in any way - neither charging nor powering on. Soon after contacting the CC I realized that this company was not about to honor it's warranty. They came out with all kind of stupid, unreasonable and unnecessary steps for me to go through, including taking a video of myself going through the troubleshooting steps and posting it online.

It broke down within 6 months! Not worth to buy!!!

Honestly the best little drone in it's class I've ever used and reliable at that. Great for some Instagram photos or just having fun.

Do not buy this is you have an android phone with an updated operating system (11)... the app to control the drone is not compatible! Read the tello app reviews before purchasing. It seemed like it would be a great place to start with a drone, but it's obviously an old design that will soon be obsolete. Best Buy should update the compatibility information or not sell it at all. Luckily, they allowed me to return it without charging a restocking fee.

Great mechanics, works very well for $100 drone. Dji tech inside.

My Tello is about 3 weeks old. It has never worked well with the Tello App on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The streaming video is scrambled in photo mode and it's in black/white in video mode. After programming the Tello with Scratch, the aircraft crashes the Tello App on my phone, rendering it useless as a toy camera drone. When connected to an iPhone, it works great. I'm also realizing that Customer Service via [email protected] is an oxymoron. I suggest caution for those without iPhones. A great little drone for iPhone users!!

This drone was working one day and then turned it off to save it for the drone fair county fair and it wouldn't turn on. We tried all the batteries and it worked fine in the other one and it would not work in this drone. It was ONE month over the 6 month warranty and the company wanted to charge 90 dollars to fix the drone. The drone wasn't used for 6 of the 7 months! The computer chip just deaded after a few uses! DO NOT buy this product! The customer service is aweful and you can't even understand them and they will not let you speak to a manager. This may be a good beginner drone but has lots of problems. Using my Moto G6 to install the Tello app and then connecting to the Tello WiFi, a firmware update was required. I waited and waited and waited, NOTHING! Now, moving on I check the Tello website only to learn neither Moto phones nor Android 8 are supported. Granted lots of phones work with this drone, but many more will NOT according to the Tello website. It is my opinion either/both the manufacturer and/or Best Buy should have offered much better information about this drone's limitations connecting to various phones and operating systems. My advice, BUYER BEWARE!
