Biggest issue I have is that it scratches the curvature of the screen and this phone luckily came with a screen protector already installed but I HIGHLY recommend ensuring there is a screen protector on your phone if using this case.

She was rude to my wife and myself when we came into the store to ask a question on why the s-view case was not working as expected. Other than that best buy did great as well as the two gentlemen behind the counter at the phone station. They were very nice and helpful.
