The case seems to be made of some type of cardboard material. I was not impressed with it. I purchased an otter case instead of keeping this

I mostly got this due to the special always on display, which you unfortunately can't have face the other way or customize. Theres not much protection at all and the plastic window will always be dirty. Not only does it get in the way, making it impossible to hold, but it also doesn't even prop up the phone. Just don't buy this, especially for the price.

I have had this case since April 14th and when i first got it from curbside pick up i couldn't help to notice how thin and cheap this case really is. Against my better judgement i decided to use the case until Best Buy open the stores up again due to the corona virus and pick one up so i could see the case in person. Dont get me wrong the case looks great but other than that it does nothing to protect your phone. my phone with the case cover closed droped less than 2 feet from the coffee table onto the floor and now my whole screen is shattered and the top half of the phone screen is not working. The galaxy s20 series is already known to be pretty fragile phones if you look up reviews so if your going to buy one of these phones please do yourself a favor and buy a good quality case with a good screen protector!

This case doesn't stay closed . The flap stays open so when you put it inside a purse or pocket it gets stuck. I was expecting something more fall resistant since its from samsung. Material is very thin . Im just scared that if my phone falls itll crack or chip. Not worth the risk.

Was good for about 6 months and then it cracked on each corner now it won't hold my phone

It doesn’t stay closed to protect the screen. Feels cheap for the price too. It was returned.

Next day that I bought the phone I had a question regarding basic settings,, and the manager was so rude ,, at the entrance of the store (still closed for regular bossiness) , It was just a question and he said "nobody her to help you. go tp ATT " Hope you train your managers better. I have been a costumer for many years....

This is a Samsung case i expected more design from it. almost 70$ the 1st time it fell off the table 36 inches on to tile floor the case made the screen crack. a month later it fell off the edge of the recliner and cracked again . its the cover on the case that breaks the screen

So my s-view flip cover case was not what I was expecting. The front cover that closes onto the phone didn't stay shut very securely at all which caused it to be ajar at times. I ended up being too scared to use the case and ended up sending it back.

Came quickly, I was stoked! The + is too big so I had to go thru the hassle of "touchless" return.

this is the only thing that actually worked that I didnt have to return.
