Works as intended, but overpriced

I have also seen an identical item for sale at another store for one third the cost.

Only one side worked

Great price but only one of them worked. Couldn’t get the left side to work. Unfortunately the time to return had passed by the time I needed to use them.

I could tell when I opened the package that this was probably a used product. The box the case came in had a partially torn off label. The case itself seemed a little soiled. It also does not close completely in order to keep the AirPods in tact in the case. Best Buy should not give items away for free without notifying the buyer it could be a used, returned item. I am disappointed in Best Buy. I would expect better.
