*Shipping* Best Buy’s shipping was very quick! I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received it on my doorstep on Monday! *Packaging* The case arrived in a box that tightly covered the entire case and had see-through plastic at the front to see the package’s contents. What I liked about this packaging was that it looked very similar to the packaging that I would see from the “official” case from Microsoft. There is also a two-sided card that encourages you to leave an Amazon review if you’re happy and to contact them first before leaving any kind of negative feedback. As someone who also owns their case for the Samsung galaxy tab S6, I would say that I liked this packaging much better! *Instructions* I found the instructions to be very lacking; however, this is just a minor complaint because it actually is a very fool-proof case to install *Installation* Installation was a breeze! I really love the leather accents on this particular case. Another reviewer mentioned that it made their Microsoft surface look really bulky. However, that wasn’t the case with me (no pun intended). *Value* This was perhaps the case’s weak point, as major online retailers carry cases with very similar or identical specifications for roughly half the price. A few options out there include: -Moko (Model #B07XF649SM) - $31.99 -ProCase (Model #B0169X7UAY) - $29.99 -Infiland (Model #8541542073) - $23.95 -Fintie (Model #B07L9P5L8J) -($19.99) *Verdict* 3.5/5 Stars - while it offers more-than-adequate protection, the cost to value ratio is rather poor because you can find identical cases for between 20-50% off at other major online retailers.

This is a great folio case for the surface pro, I have the 6 & it fits nicely. It does interfere with the camera a little if you don’t hold it right, but other than that it’s perfect. I can use it with my keyboard but feels super bulky. I had A bit of trouble standing up the surface pro with out Having to fold up the folio case first.

Way better than what I expected to receive. I mean this is a company that makes decent products for all kinds of devices, so I kind of knew what quality to expect. But when it comes to new devices, there are either a ton of accessories to choose from or your choices are limited...Well for the Surface Pro 7 when it comes to cases, you're kind of limited. Unless you want to pay $100 for a piece of bulky plastic that covers your gorgeous, thin, light $1500 computer, go ahead. Not me. The reason I wanted the surface is because of how thin it is. I want to keep it that way. I opted for the i7, 16 gig Surface Pro 7 model. Anyone who has this computer knows that it can get kind of hot. So extra layers that encase around your device isn't a good idea. That is how hardware failures happen. They had to have thought of this when they designed this Folio. It covers just enough to snuggle your surface in it's tight plastic shell. Only covering the corners of the device and the back. There are vents on the top part for plenty of venting and all ports are openly accessible. It leaves the sides pretty much open, your Surface Pen attaches to the device just like it would without a case on, rather than adding an extra clip to the side or top of the case. While there is an elastic loop to attach your styles pen or an ink pen to write on actual paper if needed. It has an extra folder pocket on the backside of the case when closed in it's fully closed state to hold extra papers or what I keep in there is a micro fiber towel to clean the screen. This strap is perfect for Right or Left hand manipulation, holding it one handed and writing in portrait mode is quite nice for taking notes. The material used on the outside to cover the very stiff, reinforced backing is almost like the same material used in those hard shell covers if that helps. It's definitely durable and I can tell it will last a lot longer than a few others I have tried. This one feels fully encased so you can't use your built in sSurface kick stand, which I do prefer. But when traveling I feel I'm better protected with the Case just in case of an accident, it getting knocked off the table or I drop it. So yes, I would definitely recommend this case for anyone that has this device and wants to have their computer in a folio case while keeping it even smaller than a 1/2” ring binder.

I ordered a case from Walmart at the same time I ordered this case. They both arrived early, but I must admit, the "other" brand ease of use is better that this case. I haven't used this one yet, but it's cute. I would have ended up paying more, but I used about four of my rewards certificates to get it to be the same price as the other case.

This case fits my Surface Pro tablet perfectly! Cases for this type of tablet are kind of difficult to find (compared to others) - but BestBuy had exactly what I was looking for. Not only does it fit perfectly and protect my tablet, but it is also a very attractive and stylish color!

It's a good case. The main issue is that the included stand can only go to one angle. On the newer surface pros (6+) the built in stand allows you to adjust the angle of the stand to exactly where you want it.

Love this case! Props the the screen nicely and protects the front and also fits over keyboard when attached.

Definitely needed this since I use my Surface for work.

I like the protection for my son's computer. He said the only negative is the stylus cannot adhere to the computer when the cover on.

not too bulky keeps my surface pro protected. i have a laptop stand so this cover helps me to be able to use the surface pro on it

Pretty case but ordered the wrong size. Had to return.

Just got mine in & it's almost perfect. My only con is that there is no stylus/pen holder, I didn't realize this until just now *facepalm*

I wish the case was sturdier to hold the surface up right. It is not as structured as I thought it would be.

I ended up returning this because it was too big and bulky for daily use. Great quality but not for me.

The case designed look great but the clips seem loose. It is easily came off.
