Strong Case, Impossible to Release Stand

Installation was easy. Unfortunately, the stand is extremely difficult to release. You have to use a knife or flat-head screw driver to push in to make it go down. I emailed the company thinking maybe I'm missing something and the response was that 'It just needs to break-in at the moment.' Well, we've had the case for weeks and we're still using a screw driver. For the most expensive case on the market, it's disappointing.

Excellent protective case
