We were both very disappointed with the extremely cheap quality of the case. Looks like it’s back to the drawing board regarding a trustworthy case for her new device.

flimsy and not a hard case

The top of the case was quite wobbly and did not look as though it would keep the earbud case from falling out. Happy Best Buy is taking back. Save your money. Not worth the purchase.
