The sound volume is small and a little blurred. I did not think it's worthy so I returned it.

This didn't work for us at all and when we tried to take it back the next day for a refund Best Biy would not accept it because it had been opened. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Only lasted a week. I won't be buying another one of these ever again. The microphone cuts in and out. Wasn't worth $5 & I paid $30. It's a trash product. Best buy needs higher quality

when connected to computer it made computer scream and forced it into a system repair. had to shut down restart and restore settings.

You get what you pay for. Not sure what is meant by "dynamic" microphone. The most dynamic thing about it is its crapiness.

Did not work at all on our speaker. You couldn't hear anything. We returned it.

I run a webshow on Youtube and I was looking for a microphone that I could conduct interviews with and also use for my videos. However, I also needed something that could connect to my computer and affordable. So I came across this Samson Microphone. It connected to my computer and was only 25 dollars. I've used it quite a bit since then and I can honestly say that this product works fine. There is one minor issue and that is the sound. Sometimes the voice recording won't turn out as loud as you hope it would because the microphone does require you to speak into it from the very top of the microphone if you want the best results. If you talk from the side of it, then your voice might turn out low in volume. However, this is minor for me because I can easily raise the volume in my video editing program. So overall, not only is it sold at a reasonable price but it works and that's what matters most.

The R10S is a great microphone by Samson. I purchased this microphone because it was at a decent and affordable price, and Samson products have earned a positive reputation with me in the past. I can say that I am glad I purchased this microphone, as it has amazing sound quality in being a Cardioid mic. This microphone performs best and will achieve the highest sound when used with an amplifier, as that is solely its purpose. The reason in being is that this microphone is a low impedance dynamic microphone which is not meant to be used with a computer, as they require computer power condenser microphones. When used properly, this microphone is of high quality. I would recommend this product to anyone. Just be sure to invest in an amplifier if you do not have one already!

First, I bought this mic to record some of my music directly onto my computer. I hooked it up, and the mic is placed in front of the cab of my half stack, about 2-3 inches from the speaker. The mic pics up the amp, and only the amp. I am standing a few feet away with the guitar playing. Doesn't do any of the sounds of the guitar, me moving, or me hitting the footswitch merely a foot or two away. The sound quality on the computer is great. I play a lot of bass heavy rock, and it doesn't get washed out at all. Does great with the high notes and squeals, from the clean to the dirty (in reference to the guitar riffs i'm playing). I'd say it was the best $20 i ever invested in my rock star dreams. Just bought it tonight so I have no clue about it's longevity, but have no reason to doubt so far, and if it fails it's cheap enough to just go buy a new one.

This is a great microphone for home use. When I was browsing, the other reviews made me re-consider my decision. But I decided to buy it and give it a try. IT IS BEYOND MY EXPECTATION. It looks great, and functions great. It really enhances your voice.:) LOVE IT:)
