    Bought this for outdoor venue. Kept a rumble and sound like it was in a drum. Used multiple set-ups and different pro sound guys. Outdoor was just not an option. Indoor use for podcast and using it to capture acoustic guitar and vocals was not an option. It was great for indoor lecture type setting.

    While I was able to pair the transmitter and the receiver, I could not get it to work with my Nikon D5300 DSLR Camera. It attached easily to the camera but when plugged in I got no sound. I took it to the Geek squad but they couldn't help. The young man said they work mostly with cell phones and computers and he didn't know very much about this product. He called over someone from the camera department who also couldn't help. He said he felt like the problem was probably my camera (without even looking at it) and felt like the microphone was for Iphones not cameras even though it is plainly stated on both the box and the directions that it works with DSLR cameras. Luckily I was able to return it.
