Product is good. But service of Best Buy was bad. I ordered these product approx first week of jun, 2020. Got yesterday (after one and half of a month) after requesting them more then 5 times through phone. So sad.

This is a great mic for teaching fitness classes online. The sound is clear and the range is great. Definitely worth the investment.

It is a very good quality, on of the best microphones . I recommend it to anyone who is looking for special, high quatlity sound. I just wanted to buy it back

Awesome idea, my problem is I was having horrible static in my videos which Left the footage unusable. Hopefully they have improved since then.

Very each mic to use and was a big help to boost our Sunday services on zoom when some of our folks had a hard time hearing.

This device works well but is too bug for today's standards for portable mic recording options. It also only comes with 1 mic set which sucks because you can grab another model that works just as well for less. Which also comes with 2 mics. Look else where.

The quality of the sound recording (voice) is fine, but I too had problems with the signal cutting out. Given that I need this when I travel for different events, I cannot control outside sources of interference and don't need the hassle of trying to figure out what is going wrong. Most frustrating, once you start a recording you don't know that the sound has cut out until its too late to do anything about it. I will be returning the product.

The sound should be perfect in any movie and this mobile system is the perfect companion to your camera or tablet.

Discrete accurate microphone. This mic sits well sets up quickly no issues works with multiple systems

We had a guest speaker coming into town. Purchased this so they had a wireless lapel mic. Much preferred over cord or even cordless handheld.

Awesome for zoom presentations!!! Moving around doesn’t effect sound.

Audio will occasionally cut out. Good little unit with decent sound but monitor it carefully so as not to get bitten. I own two of these and they both do the same thing. Use a wired mic if possible.

I purchased this in January. I had issues with the camera jack not being the same as the go mic output - TRRS vs. TRS. I finally got an adaptor to convert and it worked well. But now, just four months into this, the rechargeable battery for the receiver won't hold a charge. I've contacted Samson support and no one has responded after several attempts. I'll see if Best Buy will do any better. Samson is usually good quality, so I am surprised with the poor battery.

Works seamlessly with iPhones, Go Pros and android devices. Quality is amazing but has distance limitations.
