Maybe it works a little too well, cause it can pick up background noise like a computer running in the background. Kinda made it into one of my videos. But it works. I also consider this affordable.

Great beginner mic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife originally bought this mic about a year ago to use for a school project that she needed voice over for. We mostly chose this mic for the size and the price, and we didn't need a large professional mic. We recently started a YouTube channel and this mic has come in handy for that as well, much better than the Lenovo mic on the laptop. In the future we will look for a better mic for YouTube, but this works great fort now. I highly recommend this mic for anyone that travels or are just starting out with film, webinars, etc. My one complaint is that I wish it used a micro USB cable as opposed the the mini-b connection.
