Samson has always been a good audio brand, so I felt secure in purchasing this little guy. Two things surprised me: 1. how small this mic is...it's teeny (about an inch by 3)! 2. the quality. I can say, "Hey, Cortana" or "Alexa" from across the room, and it picks up without a hitch. The ability to contour the sound pattern (cardioid vs supercardioid) is also a plus and a nice add-on for such a budget mic. One thing I didn't care for was how narrow the clip opens. There were only so many places on my monitor (Samsung 32" curved) that I could put it, and those places put the microphone controls in an awkward place...so I ended up using the clip as a mount and put it right next to my monitor. You hardly even notice it, because of its small footprint. All in all, it's a great purchase.

Needed this as my mic went out. It's super easy to use. I wish it was a usbc though

This microphone they look a little, but it has big capabilities. I never had anyone say they can’t hear me. The sound is crisp and clear.

My new HP laptop mike works ok except when it is docked with the lid closed. People have a hard time hearing me unless a I stay hovered over the mike. The Samson mic has beer great and was easy to set up. I recommended it to a friend yesterday.

While not the highest of quality, it really works well for my PC and I can even use it for my phone through an adapter.

This works great for my elementary classes. It picks up my voice and guitar extremely well and once I've picked which sound profile I want to use, it's set it and forget it! Great stuff, Samson!

This is a well made microphone which easily clips onto where you would like to put it and picks up great sound quality from a comfortable distance. Comes with some included software that is hit or miss but the microphone itself is fantastic for daily normal use like Skype or basic recording

It is a cardioid mic. It is not nearly as good as a Blue Yeti. But it's way better than any built in mic on a laptop, tablet, phone, or headset. Feels sturdy enough, light, and easy to carry around/use. Not the best recording situation as it sits on top of the monitor and can pick up typing noises. The cardioid pattern helps block out unwanted background noise. Voice reproduction is okay. Very crisp, if a bit light. It doesn't produce the same quality, depth, or richness as Blue or Fifine usb mics which cost more. For work, conferences, calls, teaching, this works great. Great value.

A quality, portable mic with good sound quality. The carrying case works well and has several sound modes. The compact designs makes it great for traveling though it works great as a permanent home mix too. Overall a good value.

This is a good mic, picks up audio very clear even from a distance. I use it for public speaking on Zoom, so I need to constantly move around on the virtual stage and this mic picks up the audio very well.

Too much white noise for even amateur production quality. I got it because of the good reviews, and I think it is very well built in terms of build design and portability. However, I got the impression that there would be almost zero hiss/white noise and while it wasn't unusable, the quality was not satisfactory to make music. I think for podcast/voice recordings it would be far more suitable.

Great mics - have a few of them. Would buy again. Work well, portable, good for various needs.

It works great with an iPad or iPad Pro but you will need a USB adapter for them. You will not be disappointed with your purchase of this microphone! Metal construction. Durable and great sound quality. And for the price definitely a YES!

This mic is really high quality. Without any editing, my test voice recording was crystal clear with very little background noise even though I had a fan on and my roommate talking in another room. Almost sounds just as good as my blue yeti.

And ideal perfect USB microphone for your laptop. Never fails, always provides good sound quality, no connection issues whatsoever. A must nowadays. Highly reccomended!

I was very surprised by the level of clarity and the ease of use with regards to this MIC. This is not going to replace a pro setup, but if you are looking for a high quality and ultra portable microphone, then look no further!!
