Not the Best mic

Issue being was that I had a communication project due that day that required good sound quality and reliable performance but when I opened the box and plugged it into my laptop, nothing. No sound, no nothing. I messed with setting to see what was wrong or if there was a drive I needed to install. Nothing online nor support had any answers that seemed to help. Don't waste your time.

Quality after a year isn’t great

Started to distort my voice down several levels and I have to unplug and not use it when it happens. Very sporadic... but not possible to continue a conversation without others thinking you are the Allstate guy.
