This mic has it all. XLR and USB connections are very convenient, however the quality for voice recording is at a professional level. I agree there could be some brands with sexier mics but if you're looking for an affordable mic at an unbeatable prices then this is your solution.

The microphone does what I need it to do, which is sending my voice for that sweet 25 points.

This microphone is nice and easy to use. I purchased it to record voice-over for youtube videos and iphone movies, but I found the audio quality of an iPhone 13 and macbook internal mic to be better, so I did return this product.

I got this mic so I can stop using my head set with the microphone piece in front. I use this with regular headphones connected to the back of the microphone, this will prevent echo sounds. Everyone say they hear my very clear.

Good mic, east yo use. Easy set up and good sound. Plug and play with my mac.

Despite its 18 years old design, this mic is usable in the noisy environment. One will need USB-A port to use with computer. Just you know this mic need to placed very close to the mouth to get appropriate recording volume.

Works fine but does better when using the XLR cable vs. the usb connection.

This is perfect for podcast or vlogging! I purchased this to use with my mixer and interface setup for my YouTube channel. It has both XLR and USB cables. With the right adapters you can use the microphone and usb cable with iPhone or iPad.

[Employee of bestbuy] Mic works well, but the stand attachment sucks. I hate it when mic positions change on their own—and the swivel on this one behaved as though it was 10 years old by taking a bow every time it was attached. The screws holding that are supposed to hold the mic to the boom arm were too loose and impossible to tighten. First of all, they were the rounded, flathead type which made them impossible to counter rotated them without a third hand; secondly, they appeared to have been loctited in place because they would not budge. Best Buy is great on returns, but I’d passed my window.

The microphone works very well for podcast beginners. The only annoyance is the noise that’s present when input volume and output volume is set to max. To work around it, I set both to 50% and enable noise cancellations in my post processing workflows. The other annoyance is that the mic’s wrapper is hard to put on.

It does the trick, however, you get what you pay for. For the most part it has been reliable. I give this mic a 1 to 2 year life span before some parts might not work so well. Overall, it met my needs for a podcast.

Really good dynamic USB microphone. Stand is also good. Not the most sturdy of a stand but does the job.
