Failed to uphold quality

bad investment

When you plug the usb cord into your computer it shuts off the sound you need headphones to hear it. Not very good I would never buy this one again.

Inconsistent in use

Yes, it was plugged in and on and set up. It would just start "scratching", then it would work, then it would be scatchy. I had to re do 3 remote lectures before I gave up. Would have sent back but after a weeks I had thrown away the box.

Gain too low, not adjustable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My mike input on my computers were set at maximum volume and yet the output of this USB microphone was so low I had to amplify the output 10X in post-production to get an acceptable volume. There is no gain control on this mike. I did not have this same problem with my CAD U1 USB mike. The company told me that their mike had known issues with Windows 10 computers. I returned the mike to BestBuy for a refund.

Good For The Tech Savvy
