It's been about 2 months since I bought it and it's starting to rip.

This backpack fell apart in two weeks of light use. It's junk, don't buy it. Really disappointed in Samsonite.

The zipper to the laptop section no longer zipped after 1 month. It would spread apart even when zipped

I've looked at probably hundreds of backpacks trying to find a good fit for my use work. My criteria were #1# it needs to stand up by itself and not roll over on the floor every time you set it down #2# needs top access zippers so you can access contents easily without picking up the briefcase #3# Be just big enough to carry 2 laptops, cords, a notepad, and other essentials.... don't want one that's oversized and #4# look professional. A tactical or gym style backpack will not work for my work atmosphere. I got so frustrated looking for something that would fit these criteria that I was prepared to pay $200 if that's what it took. I found reviews for the Samsonite Laser Pro and bought it at best buy and it's great... exactly what I was looking for. This backpack is very professional and sleek looking. Even though it looks small, I can easily fit a 13.5 and 15.5 laptop in just ONE of the padded zipper pockets that has a divider in it and still have the other divided large pocket for cords, binders, tablets, whatever. I love the fact that it stands up by itself either loaded and unloaded and it's easy to reach over and grab things out of it with the top loading zippers. There are also 2 front loading zippers for admin section which I was very happy to see drops down where you can actually see all the contents in it, and a smaller one at the top that's lined for sunglasses and phone etc. Side pockets are large enough and I carry bottle of water in one and glasses case in the other. Very happy with the purchase and value for the $.

Front pocket nearly ripped completely off the first time I used it.

If it was durable and waterproof, or at least water resistant. I wish I got this back to Samsonite before my warranty expired, The bag completely started to fall apart after 2 years. It's designed very well with great compartments, but it's not built very well. It's literally falling apart on me. It's my hope that they make this exact bag in a way that lasts...

been using it to carry around my laptop and homework. looks to be holding up okay

travelling a lot I always have much hand luggage and with the laptop backpack of samsonite I have hands free and feel better moving and using my phone and other things

Sleek design, doesn't look like a school backpack. Spacious and comfortable.
