Incorrect price

I did it and the price when paying it was not the same as the label. I made a formal complaint and Bestbuy washed its hands and did not want to keep the price of the label. As a recommendation CHECK the price before wanting this item.

Product defect and okay features…

The fabric underneath the flap pulled out of its stitching and barely any use. I was almost glad because the side pockets could barely hold a coffee mug and def not a water bottle. I went with different bag when I returned it

Nice bag, but stitching split too easily.

The warranty process is 1/4 of the cost of the bag and doesn't replace the bag instead is an up to two weeks process to repair it. NOT worth the cost.

Pack pack protection

Pockets are very slim, the strap to slide over handles is too low in pack which makes the entire backpack lean forward and turn over my roller bag

A zipper just broke and I looked it up and it is no longer able to be returned. Last date to return was a couple weeks ago.

Looked good but badly made

One the zip on the front came apart within a day (I was on a trip which was problematic) and the bag drooped over when put on a roller bag (belt was perhaps a little too close to the bottom). Comfortable to use though.
