Looked good but badly made

One the zip on the front came apart within a day (I was on a trip which was problematic) and the bag drooped over when put on a roller bag (belt was perhaps a little too close to the bottom). Comfortable to use though.

A zipper just broke and I looked it up and it is no longer able to be returned. Last date to return was a couple weeks ago.

Good backpack

The one suggestion I would make is for the side pockets to expand more so that they could accommodate a hydroflask more easily. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

Great Laptop Bag If You Have a Bad Back

I've been looking for a laptop backpack that doesn't put so much strain on my neck and back. This is wonderful! And it's not manly looking which I like and there are tons of pockets and compartments to stash all your stuff. And when I load it up with all my stuff (15in Mac, iPad, etc.), again, it's not uncomfortable to carry.
