Not meant to carry a ton of stuff but your Mac, iPad, a few documents, pens/pencils and perhaps a charging cable will fit just fine. The case also seems to be very sturdy.

There is pockets for pens and other items you need, such as dongles and cables to connect things to the laptop. I even have room for an optical drive. The outside pocket is large enough to accommodate the fairly large power brick my laptop came with. Plus you get Samsonite quality construction.

I have this one now, far better but I had to use the shoulder strap from the previous bag this one is rough and cuts into you skin if the strap was softer it would have got a 5 star
