The box was left at door and had been cut open along tape line like someone was looking to see what was in box. Had to happen before it arrived as it was less than a minute it was sitting at the door. DON'T TRUST BEST BUY ON TRAC.

Frayed right off one side. I only had my laptop, a paper tablet and some pens in it, Very disappointed. I remember when this brand meant something. Returned.

It was never handed to me and I never looked for it. When I got home I noticed it wasn’t with everything else so called was told nothing was around the register or left on the counter. Was treated like a thief as if I would risk jail for a laptop bag.

I’m able to carry both my laptops in this bag at the same time, or a laptop & planner. With the stress on the plastic connectors, I’ll probably have to replace the strap eventually, but I’m pleased with this purchase, and I recommend it for daily use.
