I brought this case to go on a trip and for hiking also. Back pack is still in excellent condition.

My usual loadout consists of two laptops, My personal and my work laptop, a couple chargers, wireless mouse, external battery, my audiotechnica m50's, headphone amp, kindle, yeti cup, and I'm sure I've got plenty of random other things in there. The point of that being there is a lot of room, and there's even plenty more, and the straps for the pack are comfortable and have some suspension built in. The built in pocket for headphones is awesome, however I wish they would have reinforced the compartment behind it because if you unzip that compartment behind it the headphone pocket is then unsupported and falls down into that compartment, probably hard to visualize, but you'd certainly notice it. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

I am a technician and I use the bag as a tool bag. the material is very strong. No problems yet.

I am always fan of Samsonite products and this laptop bag increased my confidence again. This bag is very good, lots of pockets to store everything related with laptop, cushioning is also very good to protect laptop from any jerk. Overall a good product to have.

I was skeptical when I first bought this backpack, mostly because of only a few negative reviews. It’s been two years since I purchased this and I’m still using it religiously. No tears, broken zippers, holes, etc...it’s a GREAT bag!

This is my 2nd backpack, both from samsonite. I love my 1st one, had tons of room very comfortable and also got it here at Best Buy for a good price. Same story here almost, this one has even more room, and got it here at Best Buy for an even better price. This holds a 17" laptop along with tons of stuff. The zippers look better than my old one. I only got this one by the way as my handle on top is coming loose, the threads unraveling. I may go back to my old one after warranty repair fixes it. I've had my old one just over 18 months. These come with a 3 year warranty. I like this new one a good bit. My only thing is the old one would stand up by itself better and that on had a small pocket in the front that suited me a little better. This one has moved that pocket to the top of the bag. You can't go wrong with this one, can hold a 17" laptop and the section for that is adjustable, allowing you to customize it for whatever size you need. Velcro works here. It also has room for my jumbo size Monarch Franklin Covey, a slew of files and folders, my iPad & Nook hd+, several charges, portable hard drives, mouse, full sized sub keyboard, and still have room. Ok it's getting heavy now, but the shoulder straps remove a lot of the "felt weight" so you don't feel like you are hauling so much around.

I purchased this for my husband for school. It holds his laptop and essientials.

A lot of pockets, but sometimes hard to navigate through them. Perhaps it just takes getting used to. If you like pockets, this is the backpack for you.
