The bag appears to be well made and since I am a travelling musician it needs to stand up to airport, bus, taxi, hiking, etc. I'm putting this one to the test. It is the most I've spent on a bag but the cheaper ones have to be replaced after one trip.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I really like that the bag has a separate zippered compartment just for a laptop. Very convenient when going through TSA checkpoint. Great bag that measures up to its name (Samsonite).

This is much better than carrying a laptop and papers in a shoulder bag when there is a need to walk a long way with this equipment.

In my search for the perfect travel backpack, this was the only one that met all my criteria. I love the extra large, easy access pocket for my sunglasses and my headphones. It has the exterior side pockets for water bottles and interior pockets with zippered pouches for documents and other small items (including a padded pocket to protect my e-reader) needed for airport layovers. The well cushioned handle, the backpack straps and the "easy attach strap" to slide over the handle of a rolling carry-on bag ensures a traveler the hike through an airport with this carry-on backpack will be comfortable.

Pockets are flexible to fit all facets. Other pockets nicely hold other office supplies and personal luggage. 2 drink holders for the long day at the office. Also comfort pads are great when carrying a lot of gear.

I take my laptop everywhere I travel. This backpack has plenty of room for my laptop and a change of clothes. It also has room for any other electronics I want to take with me. Great construction quality, too.

Love that it is adjustable, I can swap laptops a not need multiple bags. Plus room to carry text books/ and or gaming manuals.

I needed a rugged, but stylish backpack for my son that would endure the many challenges of middle school. This backpack is tough, sleek and more than adequate to carry all materials needed for middle school.

This backpack is perfect for anyone seeking an affordably priced and durable backpack bag that has a completely adjustable laptop/device compartment. It holds my large laptop (17.3") with no problems whatsoever and has proved quite durable for regular travel. Even fully loaded it easily fits under the airplane seat. It is also way more comfortable than I had initially expected. Because of the size and weight of the device I travel with I do worry that the shoulder straps are the weak link and will be what fails first. Hence the reason for only the four (4) star & Durability = Good ratings. So far though everything has been great with this bag. I cannot complain.

A good backpack, it was just to small for my asus laptop.
