I love this bag

Full Office on Your Back

The answer is THIS backpack. It holds all that plus more, has a great organization layout, a handy quick-grab pocket on top, a sturdy comfortable handle, a waterbottle pouch, seems to be made of rugged materials and is well stitched together, AND has greatly shaped and padded shoulder straps! I've been using it about a month now and coukdn't be happier. (And I've used a lot of bags and packs along the way. This one is IT.).
