one of the better back packs for 17" laptop

It's big

Great Backpack for Travelers

Good product, Questionable warranty process

But this time the product developed a 2 inch tear on a seam, which I am not upset about. The problem is the warranty process. They want me to send or deliver the product to there repair center 250 miles away on my dime. And then be without until they make a decision on repair or replace. I get it is just a computer bag but I feel that they only put a warranty on their products to look good but the process is not convenient to the end user.
