never worked correctly since day 1
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this at Best Buy thinking Samsung is a reputable company. Immediately after using the microwave it would randomly beep and make noises. We called Samsung and were told not to return it to the store (big mistake listening to this advise) but to contact the authorized repair guy in our area. We called several times and no one ever came. By this point in time the Microwave was out of warranty. We can not leave it plugged in or it randomly beeps and at times turns on by itself (and no our house isn't haunted). The microwave will still heat up food but we are afraid to leave it plugged in that it may catch fire or something.
