Love it’s dual function a bit tedious to change the plating around to use as an conventional counter top microwave oven.

Nice looking, quick commands, and quiet operation. This was a gift for my mother-in-law. We like the door that opens down instead of sideways.

I needed to buy a microwave, but i found this one. Its a microwave and an oven in one. It cooks the food in oven cycle in less time than in the oven. Great product .. i highly recommend it.

This is a great product that Microwaves and bake, toaster over etc... Perfect for someone that doesn't have a lot of counter space and fits in the kitchen so well.

It takes some getting used to but I love the fact that I can microwave and also use the convection oven to bake all in one machine. Cooks but doesn't heat up the house.

This is a great oven and microwave, two machines in one. I love the Auto Cook, slim fry Options. It cooks faster then regular oven

Heating is fast. A little confusing at first with the multi function conrtol knob. One will need to use the instruction guide for all the features.

I love this conventional oven there’s no need for me to turn my stove oven any more when cooking small portions , still learning new things.

This countertop microwave oven is a great purchase for the price. There are lots of options which are easy to program.

I especially like that I can microwave and toast in the same appliance and not have to take up kitchen with another appliance to do toasting or baking.

cooks great and fast. the only microwave I know that the popcorn setting works.

It’s been 8 months since I bought this product but I’ve been having issues,and I had to unplug and plug back to the electrical outlet to reset. I tried using the air fryer but it does not work as it should or may I say it takes too long to cook like it’s not doing it’s job. My tiny air fryer worked better.

Good unit for my needs. Complicated menu took quite a bit of time to get used to. Not very intuitive.

This appliance met all my needs. It took the place of two appliancs. I use the basic microwave/oven modes to get perfect results

I have never had a convection over with my microwave and it will is Luxurious. everything Imneed in one unit. yeah!! Just love it.

The day after we made the purchase we studied the manual and attempted to learn the features. We started with the SlimFry. We set the power level but when we set the number of servings, the dial indicated 25r and 45r instead of 2 or 4 servings. We tried several other features and got similar results (from 15r to 45r) when we went to number of servings. We chatted with Samsung and the assistant finally wrote that we should call a repairman but since we had just purchased it, we instead returned it. The second unit did the same. A 4 hour phone call to Samsung resulted in no help because the serial number was not on the inside left of the unit. We searched the internet for reviews to see if others had the same issue but found none. Perhaps no one had tried to use the special features. We went to the store and checked the floor model. The serial number was not present on the inside either. Also, we plugged it in and it gave the same error codes for the serving level. We returned the oven and purchased last year’s model which has no issues.

Two purpose in one appliance but a little bit complicated for seniors.
