Disappointed in convection oven

Like many others we were drawn to all of the functions this microwave has to offer. They were great while it lasted! However, it ended up not being worth it since it randomly stopped working. We verified it wasn’t the outlet. We’re just grateful we paid for the extra protection from Best Buy.

Garbage. The oven keeps turning off for no reason. If I am heating anything over 2 minutes, I need to stand next to the unit and keep turning it back on and re-setting to whatever time is left. But be careful, the display wipes out how much time has elapsed and what is necessary to prepare your food. Just ridiculous. Another "great price" for "lots of features" but, the primary cooking feature never works properly.
