    Slow to heat up food

    The powergrill take a while to heat up - about 2 minutes. The microwave doesn't heat up food much faster than my 10-year-old 700watt microwave. Not very impressed.

    This piece of garbage should never have been put on a Best Buy shelf. Maybe a Worst Made store would be a better place. None of the functions operate properly. The oven just shuts down after several minutes of use for no apparent reason. I could go on and on, but whatever the problem, not worth the effort.

    Didn’t use convection oven much but microwave worked great for 2 years, 2 months then... no heat! Argh. Unsure if bad capacitor, etc.

    I have returned this once, and had it repaired once. It's broken again. Not sure I will buy anymore Samsung products considering the history on their manufacturing. expanding batteries, washers that fall appart, and now microwaves where the convection wireing fails so you can only use it as a microwave.

    Do not buy this!!! It broke in 11 months with normal use. Then, when we tried to validate our warranty with Samsung, they claim our Best Buy receipt is not an appropriate proof of purchase. Honestly, don't take the risk on this product. Go in a different direction and save yourself some hassle. So disappointed.

    It was CRAP and no longer even works. I never was able to get it to heat properly. I am handicapped and financially challenged and I'm very sorry that I made the purchase.

    Honestly this is absolute garbage. Only two weeks to return it? 3 weeks after buying it and suddenly the thing cant microwave more tham 3 items in succession without freaking out and turning itself off, then continuing to turn itself on and off for hours after.

    Stopped working in 60 days!!!

    It was purchased on 27th of May, and it stopped working on 26th of July. While it worked, it really wasnt too user friendly nor was able to be used with convection. Our $100 air fryer works way better. I would not recommend this product.

    Leave it to Samsung to create a microwave that trolls you whenever it gets even the slightest bit dirty. The functions weren't too difficult to figure out. That is of course If the UI will actually allow the microwave to finish it's program. I am the owner of an expensive doorstop now.

    Samsung don't make good home appliances. I had to exchanged this thing three times before I finally gave up on them. Buy a Samsung hardrive, TV, laptop, phone, watch, but don't buy home appliances.

    DONT BUY....ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND SAMSUNG NOR BESTWAY WILL MAKE IT EASY TO RETURN IT OR EVEN GET IT REPAIRED. WOULD MAKE A GREAT BOAT ANCHOR.
