This oven was meant to replace both my microwave and toaster ovens. So far, it works great!

Bought this for my elderly father with poor vision. The dial control is amazing, does not have to punch in separate numbers for time and power control. Just a quick spin of the dial does it. And bright blue display is easy to read for him. Cooks well too.

I am so excited to use this thing . Shipping was pretty fast and product was in tact when I received it. Fits perfectly in my kitchen and I love the pull down feature of opening and closing it .

It is a little bit confusing trying to figure out what buttons to push and how much time to set. Having a chart of major items including weight/time and button to push would have been helpful

I thought I was getting a good product that did everything but this product did not live up to what it claims. After about 6 months of ownership all sorts of problems. 1st microwave takes too long to heat up, 2nd if you heat some thing up more than a few minutes it shuts off to cool down I think, 3rd it's always turning off and on all day by it's self... the slim fry don't work, your better off getting an air fryer and a regular microwave $500 down the drain

After 18 months of light use (4x a week) the unit just stopped working. We were moderately satisfied on the ease of use, but the longevity of the product is 1 / 5 stars. I feel as if it was $350 down the drain. Also, Samsung wants $180 to run a diagnostic which doesn’t include parts. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. If you are wanting to buy one, I’d highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection.

Cooks well, lots of options I am still getting used to. So far the only thing I really don't care for is the way the door opens down instead of to the side.

I love the microwave but it didn't come with an operating manual so I have to watch youtube to figure it out you should have sent one with the oven

This microwave and convection oven combination is great for space saving idea for home appliances. I like this product for that fact. I used to own both items separately, now I have them both in one convenient unit.

so far it's the best microwave I've ever owned, I am very pleased that I choose this model,has everything you could want and more. Would recommend to friends.

I loved the look of this microwave, however it was complicated to use and eventually it was returned because the door made sounds like pieces were missing. It became annoying.
