The operational buttons are a bit confusing at first but makes sense as you use it over time. The option to crisp and and reheat is good but the process does takes a while. We bought this product because of its price point and comparable size of our previous microwave. There wasn’t many options available for what we were looking for but we are happy with what we have and hope that this will last for a long time.

Love the interior blue granite surface - it is very easy to keep clean. My only complaint is that this particular microwave does not seem as powerful as my last Samsung with same power. It takes longer to heat. I have not used any of the grilling features so I am unable to speak on those. Th

Love my new Samsung microwave oven. Have a small kitchen with other appliances that are black and stainless and this microwave fits in perfectly - its size and its looks. Great having the added convenience of the grilling element. Couldn't be more pleased.

I'm very happy with this purchase. This microwave oven isthmus perfect size for my kitchen. Everything you would want to put into it, including smallish platters, fits. It has all needed features without being too complicated. I highly recommend it!

This microwave has a great look on the counter and is much more user friendly than the one I replaced it with. I haven't used the crisping plate much but I like the concept and hope to start using it more. I am very pleased with the functionality and design.

WE HAVE A SMALL SPACE AT THE OFFICE AND NEED A NEW MICROWAVE AS OUR OLD ONE 38 YRS OLD FINALLY FAILED. THE NEW ONE FITS UNDER THE COUNTER AND WORKS GREAT FOR REHEATING LUNCH. GREAT VALUE FOR AN OPEN BOX.

My last microwave died so I needed a new one. Looks nice with my other stainless steel appliances. Had all the features I was looking for.

The broiler in the microwave I love today's Technology in the improvement to making cooking so much easier. This microwave is being installed on our cabin cruiser it is a beautiful addition to our galley

I've had this microwave about a year now and have never had any issues. It does exactly as it should quick heating, easy to use buttons, and the extra feature of it being ceramic to heat pizza's is awesome. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my Samsung microwave oven. I haven’t yet taken advantage of all of its many features but it is great upgrade from my previous Sharp microwave. Stylish look to match with our Samsung electric oven.

Great looking oven. Easy to use. Works well. Only issue is the panel is dark and hard to read. Sometimes I have to use a flashlight to see the panel.

This is a great microwave. It heats fast and thoroughly. Looks great on the counter and is easy to use. No special bells and whistles but does the job great.

I haven't used the oven party of the microwave yet. But, the microwave part works wonderfully well. It warms up and cooks a lot better than my old microwave. The beverage reheating is prefect for coffee/tea. Hot, but not burn your tongue Hot. The best part is that you can turn the sound Off so you don't wake others up in the morning. And it's easy to turn off/on if you need to.

My microwave was almost 20 years old. It worked fine, but was showing its age. Holiday sales, here I come! I did some investigation, partly because the space the unit had to fit was non-negotiable. Samsung makes some magnificent products. When I found this model, I was curious why it was more expensive, for the size. Then I saw it. It has a heating element, similar to a toaster oven! So, we can nuke away, AND make anything crispy! Without having to waste the time and energy preheating the oven! We love it!

I like that it has an option to turn the beeping off. It allows us to use the microwave without making more noise. Overall it takes up minimal space for the size that it is.

The crusty plate has changed my life. Reheats pizza like it fresh and makes great eggs and various things. Basic features are good and intuitive. Was worried it would be too small but can fit large bowls and plates in no problem.

The size is good. Not too big and the capacity is good enough as microwave. The interior had improved compared to the older style microwave.

The microwave works great and is very easy to use. They have the preset buttons for things such as popcorn, defrost, etc. Seems to cook things evenly through. The sleek design is not an eyesore either which is always a bonus.

I love everything about this microwave. Super easy to use, good looking and exactly the size I needed. I was a little hesitant that it might be too small for our family of 5, but it is perfect! Overall a great purchase.
