The microwave quit working after 30 days

The timer counted down OK, turntable turned OK, but the microwave would not heat up. I did not purchase a warranty, so I was told (by the store) to call Samsung for service. They were at my house a couple of days ago and ordered some parts. Meanwhile, I've been without a microwave for a couple of weeks now. Don't know if and when my microwave will be fixed..

Posted .Hi elledee. For best results, place the food on the metal rack which is placed on the turntable tray. Use this rack only for grilling.
Do not leave it in the oven after grilling or use when microwaving. ^Gaby

And you can't return it to best buy due to their crappy 15-day return policy on appliances. So now we are waiting for a Samsung repairman to come to fix it or replace it. I am done buying Samsung products as they all seem to suck now.

When i bought this, in store, it was listed as 1250W. Its not. I already gave away my old microwave, and this one is absolutely no more powerful than my 15 year old Sharp. Reading the rating online it is actually 1000W. For the price i suggest getting a higher wattage microwave.
