Breaks down, Fire Hazard

It got to a point where it would turn on and start heating by itself as soon as it was plugged in. We wouldn't even put in a cook time, and it would heat by itself without stopping (which is stated to be a serious fire hazard per the Samsung appliance website). This was a waste of ~$200.

Slow warm up

Had to return the first one bc after just over a month the door release button stopped working. Best Buy replacement under coverage was easy. Got the second one quickly. Sent back the old one. Now about month in with the second microwave, the button is starting to not work again!! Looks like I’ll need to find a different model.

Nice idea, fell on its face

I was not impressed cooking food as it takes a long time to cook in this function and made a mess inside. After 18 months the electronics gave out and rendered it useless. I would have been better off getting a 100 dollar microwave and it lasting much longer. It sounded good at the time to be able to grill inside and microwave but was a waste of money. I would not recommend this machine
