Poor quality for price

It is small enough to put it where I needed it, but that’s really the only good thing about it.

Junk!!!

It has been broken 3 times within the last two months and you have to deal with Samsung service which is terrible. You wait over a week to have someone come out and look at it. Followed by it not heating again the same evening it was repaired. I called back and scheduled another appointment waited another week and three weeks later broken again. Not heating all three times. Still have to schedule another repair. According to Samsung if the issues are less than 30 days apart they put it on the same ticket. So they counted the first two repairs as a single repair and I’m still dealing with nonsense. I just want a working microwave!!!!!

Malfunction already

It won’t open until you pull the door which should never be the case. Will be requesting a new replacement since it’s less than 2months of purchase

Used As A Loaner While Waiting For Replacement

Dud microwave

Spent 1 1/2 hours with Samsung yesterday with their online chat, that was a task. Now waiting to see if we get a call from their technician in 1 to 2 business days, hopefully we won’t be without a microwave for weeks. If that is the case, will just go buy a new one, but rest assured it will not be a Samsung.

Really good microwave

Returned it for a replacement. It kinda worked ok for a bit, then the door latch stopped working exactly like the first. Dont buy.
