    Do not buy a Samsung microwave!

    We returned three microwaves of this same model because of the same problem: Seal around the door doesn't work. It is indicated in the instructions pamphlet you see when opening the box, that YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WITH THE SEAL. Samsung recommends to return the product and we did it. The Best Buy employee told us that he has seen a lot, but a lot of Samsung microwave ovens being returned. "I don't know why Samsung has not doing a thing about this", he told us. And I am asking the same question, "I don't know why Best Buy has not say anything to Samsung to avoid this".

    Stopped working, has error code. Its only been two years and now inget an error code. No, solution but tonreplace the number pad that cost ad much ad the microwave.

    Microwave does not sit level. Right front foot is shorter than the rest. Also, has something stuck between the glass door which makes the door look like it needs cleaned.

    I bought this in May 27, 2019. Early August, 2020 it is dead. I have a different Samsung Microwave that I purchased in 1984. It is 35 years old and still works. I firmly believe that they design things to break these days. The old one is full size and does not in the space intended for a microwave in my kitchen. Otherwise I would still be using the old ones.

    Cheaper quality compared to the old previous model

    I purchased this for the second time because the first one lasted a very long time and worked perfect. This new identical purchase does not work anywhere as good as the previous. It takes over 50% more time to boil a cup of water as an example.

    Not the best microwave oven

    This microwave oven almost caught our house on fire. Of ours you have to plug in your microwave in somewhere and usually it’s behind the microwave somewhere Well we plugged ours up and plumed it out from the wall a good 6 inched and used it to quickly make my kids some small pizzas by pizza number 2 my counter and the electrical socket was melting and I mean turning black and about to catch on fire and if I had not looked it probably would have the idea is great but product is a NO. We could not believe what had happened and it went back to store next day and we opted for a regular microwave and have had no issues

    I've had microwaves that outlasted cars (and one wife). Not this one. 15 months in (on a 12 month warranty, of course) it completely failed. The entire front assembly, door and electronic panel, worked its way lose and lost connection. I can get the panel to light up if I press it in but it won't accept any commands. Definitely not worth the cost to repair. Another throwaway piece of electronics. Definitely not up to Samsung standards. We have Samsung refrigerators, washer and dryer, all great. This piece is garbage.

    Paid a premium for the added crisping element. The product literature stated 1600 watt microwave power but was measured by Samsung tech at less then 1000 watt. Microwave performance is much less than the old small countertop unit that it replaced....very disappointed.

    Worked well, initially. After 1+ years, buttons started being glitchy. At just under 2 years of light use, started emitting smoke and failed to heat.

    After buying the LG micowave and it breaking after using once, the button wouldn't lock or close. We took it back and now the Samsung is also glitching, hit or miss. It works, buy the extended replacement package. Best Buy is great about a no hassle return and swap.

    I have used this microwave for a few months now, and the motor is very loud when the turntable starts turning. The power is not enough for most items i warm so i must use more time to heat. It does work but its not that good for me
