    It is hard to find the right spot to push the buttons. The door opening button needs to be pressed twice most of the time.

    do not purchase, door breaks and gets stuck.. best buy sent repair out same problem again within a few months.. now im out of luck

    It is horrible. Only had it for about a month and now door won’t open. Very disappointed with this microwave. Trying to see how to return it.

    Shortly after we bought the microwave the door opener stopped working. Every time we need to open the door it takes 2 hands, one to press button and one to pull door

    The numbers are hard to press for setting timer. The door is not aligned with the frame of the microwave. But I do like the ceramic on the inside of the microwave.

    Unfortunately we had to have a repair service come out 3 times. Couldn't figure out what was wrong and finally replaced the entire internal components. Not too happy with Samsung at this point. Too bad.

    The microwave would just turn on and we would have to unplug it to make it turn off. Bought before we moved and by the time we took out of the box and tried it the 15 day return policy was expired. Would highly recommend trying immediately upon receipt as the store wouldn’t take it back....beyond angry....you shouldn’t have to pay more for the geek squad coverage to have a working appliance less than 30 days after purchase. Lost a customer for life.

    Poor quality, door broke within 2 months

    What a poor quality product. The button that opens the door broke within less than two months. Now we have a brand new microwave and have to pry to door open to use it. Unfortunately it happened a week after Best Buy's very short return period so I guess we have to go through Samsung's warranty. Waste of money and now will have to waste a ton of time trying to get it fixed or replaced.

    Had issues with setting the clock and their technical support couldn’t help me. I had to call a second time and finally got someone who was intelligent and did solve my issue. There’s a lot I don’t like about this model. It works fine but the wattage isn’t right - it’s the same wattage that I’m used to but it takes longer to perform tasks now with this brand new microwave than it did with my old microwave. :(
