Poor quality item and service

The replacement wouldn’t even power on. Returning item instead of wasting any more time with Best Buy. Bought the microwave from another store.

This microwave does not sit flat because the metal bottom has 3 legs that are the same size and one that is long. Therefore, it sits crooked. In addition, the microwave puts off a lot of steam out of the front. Returning to the store ASAP. Junk, don’t buy.

DO NOT BUY!! Garbage - door opener broken

New one did the same thing 3 weeks later. Returned but was unable to get anything other than a store credit because it was out of the return window. Should not be sold.

Disappointed with touch sensors.

Malfunctioning door problem - Beware

As other reviews mentioned- there is a problem with the door malfunctioning. The door does not swing open when you are trying to put items in or take items out. I will be returning this week and ordering another brand. I did like the grill function - but this microwave is subpar.
