    After less than a month door won’t open and Best Buy won’t do anything to exchange it .. buyer beware

    The original item (microwave oven) shipped was a damaged open box item instead of brand new one. The replacement wouldn’t even power on. Returning item instead of wasting any more time with Best Buy. Bought the microwave from another store.

    Junk. Have never purchased a microwave and had any problems. This microwave does not sit flat because the metal bottom has 3 legs that are the same size and one that is long. Therefore, it sits crooked. In addition, the microwave puts off a lot of steam out of the front. Returning to the store ASAP. Junk, don’t buy.

    I just bought this microwave in February and it completely stopped working in June. I didn’t go through the hassle of sending or returning this product. I was so disappointed with this microwave that I just decided to get a completely different one. DO NOT BUY!

    Very cool idea. Microwave and toaster works well enough. Absolutely needs the toaster stand when toasting. Only downside that that the toaster element rattles like crazy sometimes

    This was a Christmas gift to my son-in-law for his man cave. Great size but did have a dent in it. It still worked so he just kept it.

    Ordered the microwave on Friday and got out delivered in 5 days! Fast delivery however it won't even turn. Checked the outlet with other appliances, flipped the breaker and still no power. Super bummed I will be returning as soon as I can.

    Utter garbage. Door opener started sticking after 2 weeks. Exchanged. New one did the same thing 3 weeks later. Returned but was unable to get anything other than a store credit because it was out of the return window. Should not be sold.

    Disappointed with touch sensors. When setting the time to cook I have to push too hard to engage the numbers. I've had it too long to return it so I just have to hope they continue to work.

    It’s been 2 weeks since I purchased this unit through Best Buy. As other reviews mentioned- there is a problem with the door malfunctioning. The door does not swing open when you are trying to put items in or take items out. I will be returning this week and ordering another brand. I did like the grill function - but this microwave is subpar.
