No Quick Cook

Broke after 47 days. No more anything Samsung

Should've have known better than to buy Samsung. Bought their most expensive tablets and they failed in about a year. Now buying Apple IPads and have had them for 3+ years with no issues and very smooth operation. Our Samsung dishwasher works intermittently. No more Samsung products of any kind in my house.

Don’t buy! Product failed in 15 months!!

Door broke in less than 2 months

The door broke in less than 2 months. Disappointed with the quality. The samsung warranty kicked in and a technician came over to fix it. But for a reputable brand and for it’s price, it’s disappointing. Unfortunately it’s past the time to return it so I have to live with it.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

Would not recommend.

One day the controls stopped working and whenever it was plugged in and the door closed, the light would be on, the table spinning, but apparently not actually heating. Returned for store credit.

Nice but flawed

Now, after only a week, I have to yank the door open. It no longer springs open. I am thinking about calling repair. Also the "clear" button is very hard to spot. I couldn't find it myself because it was not clearly marked, but found out where it was through the manual. Otherwise it is beautiful but these defects make it disappointing.

What causes a microwave door to stick?
The first and most likely option is simply that something gummy has interfered with your microwave's door latch. Your microwave sees a lot of food pass through the door. It's not that unusual for something to get caught in the door mechanism.
How do you unstick a door that won't open?
If you need to open a stuck door, you should try jiggling the door, pushing, and moving the doorknob. If you are on the inside and stuck, remove the door off the hinges. You can also use a bobby pin, paper clips or your credit card, or simply take the doorknob off. You can also call a locksmith or a crafty friend.

Disappointed

Need to slightly lift door in order to open. Also, have experienced intermittent failure to heat item in oven. Plan to notify Samsung of issue with expectation to replace.

Stopped working

One day I went to use it and the screen was off and the buttons would not respond. I have no idea why it stopped working, but luckily I was still within the 14-day return period. If you are looking for a new microwave I highly recommend doing some research and reading customer comments first.
