Absolutely love the quiet mode feature! The microwave is compact yet large enough for meal prep. The blue internal lining is unique and easy to clean. Love this microwave.

Looks great , built very well , this 1000watt is more powerful than out last Oster 1200w microwave and it is fully incased in ceramic . It comes with the basic 3 wheel spinner and glass plate , but also comes with a Teflon baking plate and stainless stand to raise what your baking /toasting up to the heat source on the inner top . I have only had this 3 days and even the food tastes 100x better just on microwave , my wife loves it . Samsung for the win on this one . Now I have had plenty of things Samsung has thrown lemons at us but this is not 1 thankfully . Highly rec. and this was only 100$ more than a standard Oster replacement (exactally like my previous 1 ) and is again 100x better in every way the ceramic is the key go ceramic or don't bother , it is nigh and day

I bought a second one because it was on sale and the first one worked so well. It does a good job at heating the food for a decent price. Its stainless steal and a decent 1.1 cubic feet microwave. It heats evenly and is durable. It is very simple to use. It has a reminder on the microwave and beeps up to three times if you have microwaved your food and left it there as a reminder. The cons: it is a little small, and it appears that for most plates, you need to microwave for about 1.5 minutes. While the stainless steel is beautiful, it does scratch easily.

Needed a new and powerful microwave and this beauty by Samsung has delivered in more ways than one! Its heats a whole lot quicker than I had anticipated so that's a plus. Not bulky at all and it compliments the matching fridge and stove. Cant go wrong with Samsung.

First of all, I don't think I should be FORCED to check Yes or No whether "I would recommend this to a friend". Or, there should be a NEUTRAL answer available to check. I checked YES only because to check NO would seem to cast a more negative rating to it. It is an okay microwave - it does work, even if there are a few things I would like to be different about it. Anyway, I bought this microwave on 11/05/14. It has worked fine for warming up and cooking food. I don't usually use the preset buttons nor the Cooking Chart shown just inside the door. It came with a Ceramic "Crusty" Plate and a Wire Cooking Rack, but I haven't been using them, nor the Grilling function. It would be nice if there were pictures and/or videos that I could look at to help me understand how to use them. Does the grilling unit and microwave get splattered with grease from cooking hamburgers or other raw meats, since you can't cover them with paper towels like you could if you were just microwaving them? It seems like the rack would put the food too close to the grill unit, but maybe it isn't as hot as the ones in regular ovens? Where do you find cookware that is both microwave and oven safe? Although the microwave works fine for my purposes, there are some things that I think should be different. 1. The buttons are kind of hard to push. Our old microwave's buttons were much easier to push. 2. The cord is a little too short, so I can't center the microwave on the microwave cart where it should be. 3. The turntable sits on a small center part and on a separate rotate ring. This design is harder to put in place correctly. It also allows the turntable to be easily knocked out of whack, and then it won't rotate until you put it back in place. Our previous microwave had a much better design with a three-pronged plastic support piece that fit in a center hole. It supported the turntable much better and was easier to put back in place after cleaning.

Works good. Looks good. Easy to clean. Grilling feature is nice when you do not want to turn the stove on or crisp something you just microwaved.

Its a step up from my old microwave, it works great comparably and this is the second microwave we have, my personal one, it's good for what I use it for such as heating things up, and making some popcorn it's pretty affordable and definitely no eyesore, if your on a budget and looking for a decent microwave, for your money this is what you want to go with.

I purchased this in addition to the other Samsung kitchen appliances because I simply wanted them to match. Really good microwave. I've found that it takes up to the longer end of cook time recommendations compared to my previous model but I do like This and it is very easy to keep clean.

I purchased this microwave back in 2017. I use it daily and it still works like new. It’s quiet, it heats food quickly, and it has many features. It’s by far the best microwave I’ve ever owned. I don’t know what the negative reviews are all about, this microwave is great!!

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I wanted a Samsung and the easy clean interior. It is a really nice looking microwave and a great size for 2 people. So far this has been a great purchase. I also got a price adjustment as Amazon had it for $20 less. We are Samsung people. We have 4 tv's, 2 cameras, dishwasher, monitors, and a washer-dryer. Love all our Samsung products.

Extremely unhappy with this product. Purchased December 2016, within two weeks the door would not open when the latch button was pushed. Called Samsung, they arranged for me to bring the unit to an authorized service repair center. 45 minute drive, dropped off, “repaired” and then was told to pick it up. The door didn’t line up properly after the repair, but the door latch worked --- for 2 more weeks. Called Samsung again, told them the door was broken again, and would like a new unit. Not possible, they said I must bring it back again to be repaired. Another hour and a half round trip to have it repaired for a second time. Door still doesn’t line up but works, for now. Not optimistic at all that it will last. So what I am I to do when it breaks again? The service people on the phone were polite but not helpful or knowledgeable. This included speaking with a supervisor as well. I don’t ask much from a product, just that it work properly and as advertised and if there is a problem, that the manufacturer stand fully behind it. Samsung has failed me on both counts and I would be very hard pressed to ever purchase another Samsung product of any kind.

It looks nice, nothing too fancy, it works good, it replaced my 10 year old microwave, it does warm faster and better, but I got nothing special to say, just it gets the job done, and looks nice

I love this microwave. It’s professional device and easy to use.

This microwave (I hate to even call it that) completely changed what I think to use a microwave for. I live alone and tend to cook very small meals and in many cases I find myself using this 'microwave' in place of my oven completely. It's fast, simple, and the food that comes out of this thing is amazing, throw on the combination setting and your food comes out pretty darn tasty. It's not exactly like cooking something in the oven (the food isn't quite so crisp), but when it reduces your cooking time by 70% I'll take it.

Excellent microwave. Very sleek and fits on a 15” shelf ( depth). Works well. Haven’t used the grill function yet.

I am so happy to have purchased this microwave oven. The fact that I can grill and crisp pizza in the microwave is a major reason I would recommend purchasing. I recently heated up a pannini and it was amazing!! I will be sending the toaster oven I just purchased with this item!!
